The Zune from Microsoft is reported to have a car kit available soon and we are interested in profiling this portable audio device for auto installations.
We believe there may be many uses for the Zune system in an automobile. The first generation Zune will be an MP3 player that will offer the consumer portable audio player capabilities for use in their car or while mobile. We expect future versions of the Zune will support satellite and GPS navigation technologies and offer Zune Maps and tracking capabilities for a variety of services. A Zune automobile navigation system could include the audio and video technology and offer a wide range of interconnected services.
